SXSW 2008 Captured in Moleskin & Shared Digitally on the Web
Designer Mike Rohde of Rohdesign shares 34 pages of his sketches from his "little black book" capturing last week's "GEEKGASM" - SXSW 2008. The moleskin is one of the most trust-worthy and functional tools in the trade. As a sketchbook, Rohde does an amazing job capturing his thoughts, light bulb moments and observations from an "illustrative" point of view. These sketches are awesome. As I replay the photostream on Flickr over and over again, I imagine Rohde's sketches as a visual depiction of his Twitter feed. It's quite the "geekgasm" for me as well.
;)
As a follow up, be sure to read Rohde's Lessons Learned from my SXSW Sketchnotes. There's a lot to be learned from his key take-aways.

Wow, a very great visual way to describe the experience and the style of SXSW. Very creative atmosphere it is!

Hey, thanks so much for the mention and the kind words! I had a blast doing these sketchnotes, so it's great to see others enjoying them so much. :-)
